These services are offered very efficiently because we are involved in both development and management phases. During development, close attention and consideration is given to efficient construction design. Participating in the development side allows the concepts to be put into actual practice during construction. Managing properties gives MDTG the advantage of taking lessons learned from operations and embedding them in the initial concepts of new projects.
